Shipping and Delivery
How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders placed are shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding major holidays and weekends.) Please allow for discrepancies.
You will receive an email with your tracking information.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
CREVICE COMPANY is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments confirmed delivered by the courier. We advise you contact your payment provider. CREVICE COMPANY may investigate a lost package for select cases. If your package was lost, Contact Us Here
Return Policy
Can I return my order?
You have up to 2 weeks upon receiving your shipment to return items purchased on the webshop.
Item must be in new, unused condition.
We have the right to refuse reimbursement, return or exchange if product does not meet standards upon arrival.
Can I size swap?
Due to the limited nature of our products, we currently do not offer size swaps. If you would like a different size, please return your existing order for a refund, and place a new order for the correct size. Please make sure to check your order carefully.
